- Use double sided photocopying as far as possible Print only in black and white except for exceptional
- circumstances.Keep a log of photocopying
- Sunday morning heating timer to be set from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
- Place notices by light switches to remind users to switch off and only use if absolutely necessary
- Recycling at Church events – Eco Group to organise this by the use of separate bags for: food
- waste, glass, hard plastics and cans, paper, general land fill
- Cleaning products – all products to be eco friendly once existing products have been used.
- Conduct annual travel and life style surveys to raise awareness and encourage the reduction of
- carbon emissions
- Consider using recycled paper for anything other than the photocopier.
- Once the annexe has been built, give due consideration to planting trees in appropriate positions to replace as many of those as possible which had been felled.
